1) HOW TO ENTER: Promotion begins at Noon Eastern Time (ET) on February 29, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 21, 2008 (Promotion Period). To enter this sweepstakes go to www.FordUrban.com any time during the promotion period and follow the links to the "2008 Ford Focus-Funkmaster Flex Sweepstakes". Entrants must accurately complete entire on-line entry form and submit same in order to be eligible for prize drawing. The use of automated or third party entry software is prohibited. You can also enter at one of the stops of the 2008 Funkmaster Flex Custom Car & Bike Show Tour.  No mechanically reproduced entry forms will be accepted. Only one entry per person is allowed, regardless of the method of entry. Any entry submitted subsequent to an entrant's first entry is void. An incomplete or corrupted entry is void. "Releasees" (as defined in Rule #5) assume no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error or technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures, unauthorized access of any computer equipment or software, or any combination thereof. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. All entries are subject to the terms set forth in the www.FordVehicles.com Statement of Privacy.

2) WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: A random drawing will be conducted on or about October 27, 2008 under the supervision of KerBe Productions, whose decisions are final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. One winner, described in Rule 3 will be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release. Potential winner is required to execute and return the aforementioned documents within 14 days following the date of issuance. Noncompliance with this time period or return of any e-mail, mail or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If a winner is not of age of majority in his/her state, the prize will be awarded in name of his/her parent or legal guardian.

3) PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 2008 Ford Focus SES, customized by Funkmaster Flex. Approximate retail value, $50,000. Winner must take delivery of vehicle within 30 days of notice following receipt of fully executed and notarized affidavits. Ford shall use all reasonable efforts, subject to availability, to deliver vehicle to a Ford dealer near winner’s residence. Releasees are not responsible for delays in delivery. Winner is required to personally retrieve vehicle and present adequate personal identification, a valid U.S. driver's license and evidence of legally required insurance. All travel/transportation costs for collecting prize are the responsibility of the winners. Winners are responsible for all upgrades/modifications to the vehicle above the specified retail value. Winners are solely responsible for all expenses relating to the use of the vehicle, including all taxes, title, license, registration fees and insurance associated with prize. Vehicle shown in advertising may not be the actual vehicle delivered. Vehicle color and equipment will be determined by Ford and all customizations will be determined by Funkmaster Flex. Prize is nontransferable; no substitutions or cash equivalents allowed, except at the discretion of the Sponsor. All details of prize not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, outside of manufacturer's limited warranty on standard equipment only. Customized features are awarded with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. If prize is unavailable, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.

4) ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are licensed drivers 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Employees of Ford Motor Company, Jayden, Inc., UniWorld Group, Inc., and their respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies and anyone working directly on www.FunkmasterFlex.com programs and the immediate family members and persons living in the households of such persons are not eligible to enter or win.

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Ford Motor Company, Jayden, Inc., UniWorld Group, Inc. and their respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, shareholders and agents (collectively "Releasees") from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of prize, or travel/activity associated therewith. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or any element thereof. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
